System Partners came into being in 1999 as a partnership of experienced professionals providing expert consulting and project management in IT infrastructure, to major and medium-sized investment banks and other foreign capital organisations in Tokyo. Our activities expanded to encompass market entry and business development consulting, and we incorporated as System Partners Limited in 2005. Our consulting edge is in providing a level of expertise that is not appropriate for our clients to retain on a full-time basis.
Building on our long experience and wide range of contacts in Japan, we have also developed a successful recruiting practice, helping our foreign-owned and foreign-headquartered clients to understand local conditions and put the best candidate in every position. We believe in matching personalities to jobs and take pride in making placements that leave both our clients and our candidates happy.
The recruiting business grew out of our ongoing "recruitment in place" service, where we assign a consultant as an interim manager, and he or she identifies a full-time replacement based on an intimate knowledge of the position to be filled.
